Dealership in Harrisburg, PA on 06/19/2026..Sold me a defective radiator. Took the radiator in the box to the TA Truck Center in Carlisle PA the next morning on 06/20/2026 for install. Was told by a master repair tech that the new radiator was defective due to excessive leaking..Called the dealership and they refused to exchange product for another one. Was told I would have to buy another radiator and they wouldn’t be able to guarantee the quality of that product if it’s defective. Do not pay for any parts from them until you inspect the quality and can make sure it’s not defective before purchasing

Frustrating Experience with the Parts Department Called on 4/11/25 at 3:30 PM trying to reach the parts department. I ended up waiting on hold for 15 minutes without anyone ever picking up. During that time, I must have heard their recorded message about “striving to provide great service” a dozen times—clearly, that’s not the case. If this is how they handle customer calls, I can only imagine how things go in person. Very disappointed.

First time here , came in for a simple light bulb change. I told them that I was with idealease, before they figure out how to bill them, I was send to 3 different departments ( for a simple light bulb exchange). Makes me think if I should come down here for something more serious? BTW No apologies of any kind , no sorry, nothing . Five star international ??? More like one
